Description
Time & Tide is an action sports film festival celebrating the currents of life. In this, the festival's first year, two local film production companies will showcase world premiere short films ahead of a screening of Bruce Brown's classic 1994 surf documentary; Endless Summer II. Those two local companies include Westerly based Gnarly Bay, showcasing their new short film Space, and the Yawgoons, a local snowboarding film troupe premiering their latest compilation short.
Tickets for the festival are free, though donations are appreciated. Donations will go towards both The United Theatre renovation project and Save the Bay. Westerly based craft brewers Grey Sail will also be on-hand sharing free beer for ticket holders 21 and older. An after party will take place at The Malted Barley directly following the festival.
